Welcome to JQK Designs. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers purchasing custom jewelry, engagement rings, and wedding bands.
Custom Jewelry Process & Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required upon CAD and 3D print approval to proceed with production. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping or delivery of the final piece. If a cancellation occurs after approval, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Once production begins, modifications to the design may result in additional costs and extended timelines.
Order Timeline & Completion
Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks from CAD approval to completion. All estimated completion times are subject to change based on production schedules, gemstone availability, and unforeseen delays. Customers will receive updates throughout the process.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final once production begins. If a cancellation occurs before CAD and 3D print approval, the deposit may be partially refundable at JQK Designs' discretion.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for verifying all design details, including ring size, materials, and gemstone selection, before approving the final CAD design. JQK Designs is not liable for incorrect sizing or design changes requested after production begins.
Shipping & Insurance
Shipping and shipping insurance are included with all purchases. Clients may choose whether or not a signature is required upon delivery. JQK Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility, regardless of signature selection.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Indiana, unless otherwise required by law. Both parties agree to waive the right to a trial by jury.
Limitation of Liability
JQK Designs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Changes to Terms
JQK Designs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services

Made to Last a Lifetime
We take pride in our craftsmanship and ensure that every piece is made with the highest quality materials and techniques. If a piece is found to have a manufacturer defect within 30 days of delivery, we will assess the issue and determine if it qualifies for repair at no charge.
For accidental damage, general repairs, or refinishing, we are happy to restore your piece to its original beauty, but all repair and shipping costs are the client's responsibility.
